Jing

Jing is a (free) TechSmith product that allows users to share video and images.

I have found the function to record video very useful. Quickly I can demonstrate how to navigate through a website and then send a link to a patron with the video I just created. Jing hosts the video an transfers the link to the video into the clipboard. It is somewhat comparable to a lite version of SnagIt.
